How to participate:

  (It doesn’t matter when you purchased the mission, what matters is that you play during this period.)

“Easter Adventure Weekend” Participation and Promotion Rules

(hereinafter: the “Rules”)

1. Organizer

1.1. The organizer of the promotion is Landventure Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság
(registered office: 1037 Budapest, Fanyarka utca 1. B. staircase, ground floor 7., Hungary; company registration number: 01-09-382197; tax number: 29176878-2-41; email: info@thelandventure.com, hereinafter: the “Organizer” or “Service Provider”; the promotion organized by the Organizer is hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”.)

2. Duration of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion runs from 00:01 on 2 April 2026 until 23:59 on 6 April 2026.

3. How the Promotion Works

3.1. In order to participate in the Promotion, participants must complete a Landventure mission (hereinafter: the “Mission”) during the Promotion period.
3.2. Teams that start and complete the Mission during the Promotion period automatically participate in the Promotion (hereinafter: “Completed Mission”). The Mission is also available before and after the Promotion period, however, participation in the Promotion is only valid during the Promotion period.
3.3. Among the teams that complete a Completed Mission, every 5th team wins a coupon code redeemable for one Landventure mission, in accordance with the section “Description of the Prize”. The Prize is awarded per winning team, not per person.
3.4. After the Completed Mission is finished, an animation automatically appears indicating whether the given team has “won” or “not won”, therefore winners are notified immediately after completing the Mission.
3.5. The order is determined by the time of appearance of the closing screen showing the statistics of the Completed Mission.
3.6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Teams that start and complete a Mission during the Promotion period participate in the Promotion. Use of the prize is their own decision.
3.7. A Mission can be purchased on the website thelandventure.com.
3.8. By participating in the Promotion, players expressly consent to their team name being published on the Organizer’s website and social media platforms. Players are asked to take this into account when choosing a team name and not to provide personal data or choose unlawful names.
3.9. This Promotion does not constitute gambling. The purchase of a Mission required for participation does not increase the chances of winning. Winners are determined based on a predefined, objective system.

4. Description of the Prize

4.1. The winning team receives one coupon code entitling them to one free purchase, redeemable for any mission in Austria (Normal mode, for 7–10 persons, without extras) within three years from the date of issue (hereinafter: the “Prize”). The coupon code and the mission may be used in accordance with Landventure’s general terms and conditions.
4.2. The coupon code obtained as a Prize may only be used once.
4.3. The coupon code can be redeemed on the website thelandventure.com during the purchase process.
4.4. The Prize, i.e. the coupon code, appears electronically on the game interface immediately after completion of the Completed Mission. The Prize will not be provided in printed form. The winning team is obliged to keep the coupon code, as it is not automatically sent by email.
4.5. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any Prize specified in these Rules with another prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. No complaints in this regard will be accepted by the Organizer.
4.6. The Organizer will fulfil any tax obligations related to the Prize in accordance with applicable laws. Beyond handing over the Prize and settling any possible tax implications, the Organizer shall have no further obligations.
4.7. The Organizer shall not be liable for any incorrect data provided by the player.
4.8. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize.

5. Participation in the Promotion

5.1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes automatic acceptance of these Rules. The player acknowledges that it is their responsibility to familiarize themselves with the provisions of these Rules before fulfilling the conditions of participation, and they may not rely on failure to do so.
5.2. If the player does not agree with the conditions set out in these Rules, or does not meet the conditions prescribed therein, they are not entitled to participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer is entitled, at its own discretion, to exclude such player from the Promotion.
5.3. Only natural persons who have the legal capacity required to redeem the Prize may participate in the Promotion. If any member of the winning team has limited legal capacity, they may only act in substantive matters relating to the Prize, and may only receive the Prize, together with their legal representative. Persons without legal capacity may not participate in the Promotion, not even through their legal representative.
5.4. Participation in the Promotion is limited to individuals aged 18 or over.
5.5. Only persons who do not harm the good reputation or business interests of the Organizer may participate in the Promotion. In such cases, the Organizer excludes all liability.
5.6. Participation in the Promotion is limited to individuals residing within the European Economic Area (EEA).

6. Refusal to Hand Over the Prize

6.1. The winner is not entitled to use the Prize if:

• the winner declares that they cannot or do not wish to accept the Prize;
• it can be clearly proven that they participated in the Promotion in such a way as to gain an unauthorized advantage;
• it can be clearly proven that they attempted in any way to influence the course or outcome of the Promotion;
• they violate any provision of these Rules.

6.2. Employees and subcontractors of the Organizer, as well as the close relatives of such persons as defined in Section 8:1 (1) point 1 of the Hungarian Civil Code, are excluded from the Promotion.
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from any present or future promotion or Promotion organized by it any person who commits fraud or falsification in any game organized by the Organizer.

7. Modification and Abuse

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules, the course of the Promotion, or any detail of the Promotion.
7.2. If, during the Promotion, abuse or conduct giving rise to the suspicion of abuse occurs, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion, and/or to exclude the person committing such abuse from the Promotion.

8. Privacy Notice

8.1. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the Organizer processing the personal data provided for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 8.2. Participation in the Promotion and the provision of data during the Promotion are voluntary and are made on the basis of appropriate prior information. Each data controller is responsible for its own data processing activities. The legal basis for the processing is the player’s voluntary consent to data processing, which is given simultaneously with participation in the Promotion and acceptance of these Rules.
8.3. By participating in the Promotion, the player voluntarily accepts and consents to the Organizer processing the winner’s data as described above.
8.4. During redemption of the Prize, it may also be necessary to provide personal data the processing of which is required for the Organizer to fulfil its legal obligations. In this case, the legal basis for processing is compliance with legal obligations, and the general privacy notice referred to above shall apply.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
9.2. The Organizer accepts no liability for accidents or injuries occurring during the Mission. The Organizer is not present on site and does not provide supervision.
9.3. The Organizer shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
9.4. With regard to the Prize, the Organizer provides warranty in accordance with the rules of civil law, and Hungarian law shall apply.
9.5. The Promotion and these Rules shall be governed by Hungarian law.
9.6. Legal recourse is excluded.
9.7. In all disputes relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Organizer shall be final.
